fundamentals Rowing Class
$30 Per Class

We teach the fundamentals to rowing on the Concept 2 Rower. This class is designed to improve your form, technique and speed on the rower.

Advanced Rowing Class
$40 Per Class

This class will build on the fundamentals learned in the rowing class by teaching advanced techniques geared towards perfecting the rowing strokes (the catch, the drive, the finish and the recovery).

Ridgeway Barbell Club

Ridgeway Athletics offers a more complete Barbell Club. We focus on the Powerlifting movements (Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press) as well as the Olympic Weightlifting movements (Snatch and the Clean and Jerk). Our training programs focus on building technique and strength for a full range of barbell movements. Accessory work and mobility are included into our programming. Our focus is to build well rounded athletes that can compete in any sport.
