Level 1 CrossFit Training Package - $150 
3 one-on-one classes

Personal training sessions just for you. In the first class, you will complete a health screening with a coach covering diet, injury prevention and mobility. Your first class also includes an InBody consultation. In the second class, you will have a one-on-one discussion with a coach about your personal goals and what we can do to help you achieve them. The third class completes teaching the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit.
