On Valentines Day we had our “Date Night Boot Camp” workout. We are going to start doing a boot camp workout once a month to help introduce everyone to CrossFit. If you can complete a boot camp workout then you can do CrossFit. Every movement and workout can be modified so that anyone can participate. The goal of every boot camp and CrossFit class is to have fun and get a great workout. Our “date night” was a huge success with many couples coming in to workout before going out on Valentines Day!
