Our blog post for Ridgeway Athletics this St. Patrick’s Day is all about “accountability.” The reason beyond the programming as to why CrossFit is so successful is the accountability. A better way to put it is that we like working out with friends and groups of people. They push us and they keep us coming back. At the same time, we understand that not everyone likes group classes.
Ridgeway Athletics is moving in the direction of offering 2 main programs: Group fitness classes (CrossFit) and personal training sessions (Individual). In both cases we want to help you with your health and fitness goals. Our new scheduling program will allow all new and potential members to schedule a “no sweat intro” 30-minute free consultation. During that time, we will discuss what we can do to help you with your health and fitness goals. And we can provide recommendations for nutrition plans as well. At the end we provide a written recommendation (an accountability plan!) to help you get there. Our plans are simple because we believe that focusing on short-term wins gets us towards living our perfect day! This is the Ridgeway Difference and our belief on why accountability is so important.
