Yesterday, we completed our annual 12 Days of Christmas workout. We had plenty of festive CrossFitters come and participate in the workout, which goes just like the song!

12 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps (45/25 Plate)

Coach Nina was kind enough to bring us some protein-packed Christmas cookies. And my wife (Amy) and my son (Jaxson) were there to cheer everyone on! We wish everyone a Happy Holidays and a Merry Christmas this year!

My holiday advice to everyone is to take the next few days off to do some mobility and recover. Participate in some self-reflection and set your goals for next year. Enjoy the time off with your family and friends and we can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym after the holiday break.
